Family Policy Overview
Commitment Free Trial Class
Your first class is a commitment-free trial. This means that after your first class, if it isn’t a good fit, simply let us know within 48 hours of the class occurring, and you will only pay for the class you attended. You will be refunded for the remaining classes in the month. We are confident that you will love our classes, but in the event that it is not a good fit, we want you to be 100% satisfied!
All families are required to have a valid credit or debit card on file with Gemstone Gymnastics. Tuition is charged on the 1st of every month. Alternative forms of payment are accepted up until the 1st of each month. The card on file WILL be charged on the 1st of each month for any unpaid balances.
We offer unlimited makeup in all classes for enrolled kids. There are no makeups available for team practices, camps, or Kids Night Out. Makeups have no cash value, and cannot be used in your child’s regularly scheduled class.
In order to be eligible for a makeup, you must notify the office before the missed class occurs. This way we can fill your spot in the class for the day. Notify the office by phone, text, (619) 940-4075, or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You must notify us if you are discontinuing enrollment before the 1st of the month in writing via email, online, or by signing a form with the office. Since you are holding a spot in class, your card on file will continue to be charged until you notify us that you are discontinuing. If you do not inform us that you are dropping before the 1st of the month, your card will be charged and we are unable to offer refunds.
