I am excited to share that I have been selected to give a presentation at Region 1 Congress in San Jose, Ca this upcoming August. Congress is a 3 day gymnastics convention where coaches from all over our region gather to learn from renowned professionals in the sport of gymnastics. I am honored to have been selected as a presenter this year, and would like to include the gymnasts as I prepare the materials for my presentation!
My Congress presentation will be on the following topic: 5 minute games for recreational classes and team!
I have arranged for time in the gym on Saturday, June 29th from 1:30pm-3:00pm to record videos of the gymnastics games I will be sharing with the coaches who attend my presentation at Region 1 Congress. The kids will spend 90 minutes playing fun, gymnastics games and we will be recording the gymnasts playing the games. The video recordings will be included in my powerpoint presentation at Region 1 Congress this August.
What is the price to attend? This event is completely FREE!
