You are not paying for classes during these holiday closures. These dates have been removed from the billing cycle.
Your enrollment will continue to be billed automatically on the 15th of every month for the next 4 classes in the billing cycle until you let us know in writing before the 15th (14th or earlier) of the month that you are discontinuing enrollment.
If you do not discontinue enrollment in writing before the 15th, your card on file will be charged and we will not offer refunds for ANY reason.
All families are required to have a valid credit card on file with Gemstone Gymnastics. Alternative forms of payment are accepted up until the 15th of each month. The credit card WILL be charged on the 15th of each month for any unpaid balances.
In order to be eligible for a makeup, you must notify the office before the missed class occurs. We offer unlimited makeups on all classes for enrolled kids.
YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN ORDER TO USE MAKEUP CLASSES.
There are no makeups available for team practices, camps, or Kids Night Out. Makeups have no cash value, and cannot be used in your child’s regularly scheduled class.
You must notify us if you are discontinuing enrollment IN WRITING via email, or in your Parent Portal.
You must inform us in writing BEFORE THE 15th (14th OR EARLIER) OF THE MONTH .
